Alexandra Murray-Leslie is an Australian performer and artistic researcher who co-founded the influential art-pop group Chicks on Speed, known for merging music, fashion and performance art. She has continued to build a multidisciplinary career bridging music, technology and academia.
She is currently Professor of Digital Performance at the Trondheim Academy of Fine Art, NTNU, where she leads research into RTAI (Real-time Telematic Audiovisual Improvisation), supported by the Research Council of Norway, extending her artistic practice into technology-driven live performance research.
