Born on July 18, 1997, in Hull, United Kingdom, Alexxis Falcon developed a passion for athletics from a young age. She spent eight years training in gymnastics, honing her agility and flexibility, and later pursued boxing during her teenage years, building her strength and resilience. These diverse athletic experiences laid a solid foundation for her future wrestling career. Alexxis moved to Liverpool to study psychology at the University of Liverpool, balancing her academic pursuits with her growing interest in professional wrestling.

Alexxis Falcon made her professional wrestling debut in August 2017 after training with RWA/ASWA Cheshire. Her early career saw her capturing the AOW Women's Title on September 30, 2017, by defeating Felony. She successfully defended this title multiple times, establishing herself as a formidable competitor. Over the years, Alexxis expanded her presence across various UK promotions, including PROGRESS Wrestling and TNT Extreme Wrestling. In PROGRESS, she became one half of the PROGRESS Tag Team Champions alongside Charles Crowley, forming the team known as the Cheeky Little Buggers. Their victory was notable as Alexxis became the first female to win the PROGRESS Tag Team Championship. In TNT Extreme Wrestling, she held the TNT Women's Title, defending it against numerous challengers and solidifying her reputation in the women's division.

In the summer of 2024, Alexxis Falcon suffered a shoulder injury that sidelined her for several months. During her recovery, she expressed feelings of guilt and concern about the impact on her tag team partner, Charles Crowley, and their team, the Cheeky Little Buggers. Despite these challenges, Alexxis remained determined to return to the ring. Her comeback was marked by a surprise appearance at PROGRESS Unboxing 7 in December 2024, where she faced Charles Crowley in a singles match. This return not only showcased her resilience but also highlighted her commitment to her craft and her fans.

Beyond her wrestling career, Alexxis Falcon is known for her love of Disney. She often incorporates Disney Princess-inspired elements into her ring gear, blending her personal interests with her professional persona.
