Katina started her educational journey at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a focus on kinesiology. Following her education, she served in the United States Air Force and the Washington Air National Guard for approximately seven years.

In 2020, Katina joined a pizza challenge with professional eater Randy Santel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, marking the beginning of her competitive eating career. She is currently in a relationship with Randy Santel, and the couple resides in Milwaukee while touring the USA and taking on restaurant challenges together.

Katina's YouTube channel features eating stunts, spicy food challenges, and restaurant tours. She is dedicated to providing family-friendly entertainment and supporting small businesses.

Katina and Randy Santel collaboration started in Alaska with a food challenge tour, leading to a romantic involvement. They have since toured Florida together, and the couple plans to move to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as Randy pursues a Dietetic Internship.
