MaJLo's musical odyssey began at the tender age of 7 when he embarked on the path of classical music, learning to play the violin in a music school. However, his heart soon found resonance with the strings of a guitar, prompting him to switch instruments. His passion for the guitar led him to study jazz guitar at the Academy of Music in Gdańsk.

During his academic tenure, he founded the Maciej Milewski Quintet and birthed the project 'The Bird’s Reflection,' showcasing his diverse musical influences and compositional skills. His exceptional talent did not go unnoticed, as he secured accolades such as an individual award at the RCK Pro Jazz Festival and the third prize in the international composition competition named after the legendary Krzysztof Komeda.

In 2015, MaJLo metamorphosed into a new musical entity, shifting his focus towards a fusion of songwriting and electronic elements. This marked the birth of his alter ego, and with it came the release of his debut EP, 'Reverse.' The ethereal sounds of his first single, 'Lights,' a collaboration with Ralph Kaminski, not only captivated local audiences but resonated globally, making waves on international music channels.

The following year, MaJLo unveiled his inaugural full-length album, 'Over The Woods' (2017), a sonic journey that invited listeners to explore the nuances of his musical landscape. The album's tracks, including 'Another Day,' 'Get Down,' and 'The Bird’s Song,' became anthems that propelled MaJLo onto the stages of major festivals such as Open'er and Spring Break.

MaJLo's musical odyssey continued with subsequent albums, including 're covery' in 2018 and 'Vestiges: The Scenes' in 2020, each an evolution of his sonic identity. His ability to seamlessly blend acoustic and electronic elements became a hallmark of his work, earning him recognition not only for his vocal prowess but also as a multi-instrumentalist.

MaJLo's discography boasts an array of singles that showcase his versatility and innovative approach to music. From the captivating 'Złoto' featuring Natalia Grosiak to the introspective 'Healing' and the enchanting 'Habits,' each release adds a new layer to the sonic palette that is MaJLo.

Beyond the accolades and festival performances, MaJLo's music found a place in unexpected realms. The remix of 'Another Day' surpassed 13 million streams on Spotify, and the single 'The Bird’s Song' found a home in the popular TVN series 'Diagnoza,' quickly amassing over a million listens on Spotify.

As a musician, composer, and producer, MaJLo's artistry transcends conventional boundaries. His ability to create immersive soundscapes, blending the organic with the electronic, has established him as a trailblazer in the Polish music scene.
