Born as Chloe Smyth on March 2, 1999, in Croydon, England, Dani Luna developed an early interest in professional wrestling. Inspired by her older brother's passion for the sport, she began watching wrestling at the age of 10. Luna often stayed up late to watch pay-per-view events, which fueled her desire to pursue a career in wrestling. She commenced her training in the summer of 2015 at a small facility in Gloucester, under the guidance of trainers such as Justin Sysum, Luke Savory, and Mike Hitchman. This rigorous training laid the foundation for her future success in the wrestling industry.

Dani Luna made her professional debut on December 3, 2016, wrestling under her real name and facing Lana Austin in the English promotion Evolution. Over the next few years, she competed in various promotions across the UK, including British Empire Wrestling, Preston City Wrestling, and Pro Wrestling Chaos. During this period, Luna captured several titles, such as the Celtic Crown Women's Championship and the Maiden Of Chaos Championship.

In 2019, Luna made her debut for WWE's NXT UK brand, initially appearing in matches against established competitors like Rhea Ripley and Nina Samuels. Her performances caught the attention of WWE officials, leading to her signing a contract with the company on January 31, 2020. Throughout her tenure in NXT UK, Luna faced off against notable opponents and formed the faction Subculture alongside Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster. Despite her growing presence, she was released from WWE on August 18, 2022.

Following her departure from WWE, Luna returned to the independent circuit, competing in promotions such as Revolution Pro Wrestling (RevPro) and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). In RevPro, she secured the Southside Women's Championship and the Undisputed British Women's Championship. Luna's tenure in TNA saw her forming the tag team Spitfire with Jody Threat, capturing the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship twice. Her dynamic performances and resilience have solidified her reputation as a formidable competitor in the wrestling world.
