Ethan Healy, known professionally as Healy, was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. Growing up in a city renowned for its rich musical heritage, Healy was exposed to a diverse array of genres, including classic rock, soul, and southern rap. In addition to his passion for music, Healy pursued higher education at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where he studied medicine. In 2017, during his second year of medical school, Healy released his debut album, 'Subluxe'.
