Jono McCleery's journey into music was profoundly influenced by his family, particularly his older brother, who played a pivotal role in nurturing his musical talents. In recent years, McCleery has continued to evolve as an artist, releasing the EP 'To Keep a Memory' and two further albums, 'Here I Am and There You Are' and 'Moonlit Parade,' with Berlin-based label 90 Days. His latest album, 'Reconcile,' released in November 2024, is a deeply personal work that channels profound personal loss into a collection of songs that speak to healing and hope. Recorded alone in a cabin surrounded by woodlands, 'Reconcile' represents a shift in McCleery's production technique and a return to his roots, with a focus on vocal arrangements and intimate storytelling. The album has been praised for its raw emotion and sonic experimentation, further solidifying McCleery's reputation as a dynamic and influential figure in contemporary music.
