Lewis Howes

Howes was born and raised in Delaware, Ohio, as the youngest of four children. He faced numerous challenges growing up, including depression, functional illiteracy, and the fear of ending up in jail like his older brother. He was sexually abused at the age of five and was placed in special education classes due to his learning difficulties. Despite these hardships, Howes found solace in sports and committed himself to athletics.

Howes was a two-sport All-American and played professionally in the Arena Football League before a wrist injury ended his football career. He then transitioned to become a lifestyle entrepreneur, high-performance business coach, and keynote speaker.

In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Howes is a current USA Men's National Handball Team athlete. He also held the world record for most receiving yards in a single football game (418 yards).

On September 10, 2023, in front of thousands of people, Lewis proposed marriage to actress Martha Higareda.
