Maaya Uchida, born on December 27, 1989, is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with I'm Enterprise. She gained prominence in 2012 by consecutively portraying the heroine roles in anime, leading to her breakthrough. In 2014, she received the Best Rookie Actress Award at the 8th Seiyu Awards. Musical Career
Celebrating her fifth year as an artist in 2019, she held a solo performance at Nippon Budokan on New Year's Day. In March of that year, she also released a photo book. Continuing her active artist career, she successfully conducted a Zepp tour in November and December. In July 2020, she hosted her first online live concert, 'Hello, ONLINE contact!' On November 25, 2020, she released the 11th single 'Heartbeat City/Itsuka Kumo ga Haretanara,' a collaboration with kz(livetune)×TAKU INOUE.
In 2021, she released the 12th single 'Strobe Memory,' which serves as the ending theme for the TV anime 'SSSS.DYNAZENON.' Maaya Uchida remains an influential figure in both the voice acting and music industries.
