Patricia Lalor is an Irish singer-songwriter and guitarist from Wexford, southeast Ireland. She began playing guitar at age 10, and by her mid-teens had built a YouTube following exceeding 150,000 subscribers, drawing praise from Hozier along the way. She plays Stratocasters, Telecasters and a Fender acoustic, favoring reverb- and phaser-heavy tones over harsher, twangier sounds.
Self-producing her EPs in Logic and GarageBand and collaborating with her photographer mother on music videos, Lalor has developed a dreamy, atmospheric style informed by artists including Radiohead, Broken Social Scene, Daughter and Warpaint. She has continued to headline shows in Dublin and London as her catalog has grown darker and more introspective over time.
