He threatened her with violence, including statements like 'I'll break your neck' and proceeded to rape her multiple times, ignoring her protests. The victim managed to escape when Sid S. fell asleep, and she immediately sought help from the police.

The traumatic experience has left the victim suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and required years of therapy to cope with the aftermath. Despite the defense's attempts to discredit the victim's account, the court found sufficient evidence to convict Sid S. of rape.
