Sammy Boeddha Renders, known professionally as Sam Feldt, was born on August 1, 1993, in Boxtel, North Brabant, Netherlands. From a young age, he exhibited a keen interest in music, beginning piano lessons at the age of seven. However, he soon realized that his passion lay more in composing and producing his own music rather than playing existing pieces. This early inclination towards creation set the foundation for his future career in the music industry.

Sam Feldt's professional music career took off in 2014 when he signed with Spinnin' Records. His breakthrough came in 2015 with the release of 'Show Me Love', a remake of Robin S.'s classic hit. The track achieved significant success, reaching number 4 on the UK Singles Chart and earning platinum certifications in multiple countries. Following this, Sam continued to release a series of successful singles, including 'Summer on You' with Lucas & Steve, which became the most played track on Dutch radio in September and October 2016.

In 2017, he released his debut album 'Sunrise', followed by a double album 'Sunrise to Sunset' later that year. His 2019 single 'Post Malone' featuring RANI amassed over 375 million streams on Spotify by November 2020, further cementing his status in the electronic music scene. Sam has performed at major festivals worldwide, including Ultra Music Festival, Coachella, Tomorrowland, and EDC, showcasing his dynamic live performances and engaging stage presence.

Beyond his music career, Sam Feldt has ventured into entrepreneurship. In 2016, he co-founded Fangage, a platform designed to help artists and creators connect directly with their fans, bypassing traditional social media algorithms. This initiative reflects his commitment to fostering genuine artist-fan relationships and providing creators with more control over their content distribution.

In 2020, he launched Heartfeldt Records, aiming to provide a platform for upcoming talent in the electronic music scene. The label's first release was 'Hold Me Close' featuring Ella Henderson. Additionally, Sam established the Heartfeldt Foundation, focusing on raising awareness about global warming and promoting sustainability within the music industry. Through these ventures, he has demonstrated a dedication to both the arts and social responsibility.
